Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.360 dated 31.08.2014 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short 'IPC') (Sections 302 and 120-B IPC added lateron) registered at Police Station Manimajra, Chandigarh.
Heard.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the material witnesses have already been examined during trial. Now only two doctors remain to be examined. In these circumstances, at this stage no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
