As per the office report, petitioner No.1 is stated to have died. Petitioner No.2 stands duly served. Legal representatives of petitioner No.1 have not come forwarded to be impleaded as a party. None has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner No.2 despite service. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
