The petitioner, on promotion as Nursing Sister, has been posted at Civil Hospital, Jalandhar. The petitioner complains that she has been transferred at three different places within a span of three days between 24.02.2023 to 27.02.2023.

The petitioner's posting is pursuant to her promotion. During the span of three days, she would not have shifted her family. Now, she has been posted as Nursing Sister at District Hospital, Jalandhar. 3.

The scope of judicial review in the administrative decisions like transfer of the employee is very limited. Thus, no ground to issue the writ is made out. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge March 15, 2023 "DK"
