ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing the FIR No.102 dated 07.05.2016 registered under Sections 379 and 506 at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural.

Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Jandiala, Amritsar Rural on behalf of respondent No.1 has already been filed in the Court. As per the reply, a cancellation report has been prepared on 11.05.2016 and a Kalendra under Section 182 IPC has also been prepared on 08.07.2016. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh, submits that the cancellation report along with the Kalendra under Section 182 IPC has already been presented before the trial Court and the trial Court has issued notice to the complainant for 06.12.2017. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
