Mr. BD Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. C.S.Brar, DAG, Punjab Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of previous order dated 24.6.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation which fact is conceded by learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh and has also accepted that the parties have since effected compromise and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.6.2015 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
