Mr. J.P. Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.4. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent No.4. The petitioners assert that they are major and as there is no legal impediment, they have got married. They have already moved application dated 18.06.2015 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Mahendragarh for protecting their life and liberty.
On 24.06.2015 following order was passed: - "Learned counsel for the petitioners states that to show his bona fide, petitioner No.2 shall bring FDR of Rs.2.00 lacs in the name of petitioner No.1 on the next date of hearing. In this regard, petitioner No.2 has tendered affidavit dated 24.06.2015, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4, after seeking instructions from respondent No.4, who is present in Court, submits that he wants to settle the matter, therefore, the matter may be sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Petitioners along with their respective parents are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 30.6.2015.
In the meantime, petitioners will be at liberty to approach concerned police authorities for protection as per instructions dated 21.2.2011 issued by the Home Department, Haryana, in this regard. Police authorities shall verify the facts. If required, petitioners will be provided adequate security." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for want of Permanent Account Number, petitioner No.2 could not prepare the FDR in the name of petitioner No.1, however, he has brought demand draft No.548613 dated 02.07.2015 for ` 2.00 lacs in the name of petitioner No.1.
Demand draft is taken on record. Registrar is directed to put the amount of demand draft in a nationalized bank in the form of FDR for two years fetching maximum interest. Petitioner No.1 will be at liberty to move an application for release of the amount of FDR on its maturity.
In view of above, order dated 24.06.2015 is made absolute. Disposed of.
