NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) A perusal of the petition shows that the petitioner has filed the contempt petition without approaching the concerned authority at the first instance.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is directed to approach the concerned authority at the first instance for compliance of the order dated 20.02.2018. In case the needful is still not done within a reasonable time, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition.
