# Learned State counsel has made a statement before this Court that the present case has been withdrawn and cancellation report dated 12.08.2015 has been filed in the Court. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition however reserving rights of the petitioner to invoke jurisdiction of the Court as per law if the need so arises.
