(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside order dated 27.08.2015 and order dated 10.04.2015 whereby respondent No. 1 was granted maintenance of Rs.3500/- per month and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 were granted maintenance of Rs.1500/- per month each.

This Court relegated the parties to Mediation Centre of this Court but as per report of the Mediation, mediation has failed between the parties. A bare perusal of the impugned orders shows that the interim maintenance has rightly been granted to the respondents, keeping in view the age of the children and as per the evidence led by the parties. In view of the above, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned orders.

The petition stands dismissed.
