(Oral) The petitioners seek grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.108 dated 13.03.2022 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379-B IPC, registered with Police Station Sadar Hansai, District Hisar.

The petitioners were directed to join the investigation in terms of the order dated 02.04.2022 passed by this court. A perusal of the said order would reveal that a compromise has been effected between the parties and an affidavit (Annexure P-2) has been attached with this petition. The learned counsel for the State admits the factum of the compromise having been effected between the parties. In view of the above, the interim order dated April 02, 2022, passed by this Court, is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
