This is an application for fixing the actual date of hearing in the main case (COCP-1340-2024) which was adjourned sine die vide order dated 25.07.2024.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main petition is taken on Board today itself.

This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 02.07.2019 passed in CWP-24254-2015. 4.

COCP-1340-2024 -2being CM-6631-CII-2025 for discharge of the respondent as also for placing on record the order dated 28.11.2024 passed in LPA-2015-2019 whereby operation of order dated 02.07.2019 passed in CWP-24254-2015 has been stayed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute that the order dated 02.07.2019 has since been stayed. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as being not maintainable at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
