(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that there are number of prayers mentioned in the present petition but, against the order imposing the punishment vide order dated 26.06.2019 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has already filed an appeal (Annexure P-2), which is still pending consideration before respondent No.3 and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case a time bound direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the appeal by passing an appropriate speaking order. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Raman Kumar Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection in deciding the appeal (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
