For the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, the present application is allowed and order dated 27.02.2026 is recalled and the main case is restored to its original number and is taken on Board today itself.

CR No.1983 of 2026 A perusal of the paper book would show that order dated 01.12.2025 pertains to the case of Ramesh Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after challenging the correct orders and after annexing all the relevant documents.
