Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondent to take legal criminal action against the accused persons for impersonation for opening bank accounts with Section 34 Branch Office of the Bank where an accused Manreet Singh has impersonated himself as Narender Jeet Singh and got the bank account opened and thus, committed offence of cheating on the public exchequer, money laundering and forgery.

Perusal of the case file would show that the pettitioner had already approached this Court by way of filing of CRM-M No.53913 of 2023, wherein the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.10.2019 (Annexure P-6) seeking re-investigation in FIR No.450 dated 01.10.2011 POOJA SHARMA 2026.05.05 09:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-23956-2026 -2registered under Sections 465, 467, 471, 506, 120-B of IPC at Police Station Sector-34, Chandigarh, on the same cause of action. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1, at the outset, has submitted that the cancellation report has already been filed in the present FIR and the same has been accepted.

Learned counsel for U.T. Chandigarh-respondent No.2, has affirmed the fact that the cancellation report filed in the present case has been accepted.

Perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has already approached this Court by way of filing of CRM-M No.53913 of 2023, thus, the subject matter of the present petition is already pending consideration.

In view of the above said position, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
