***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the parties submit that both the applicant, as well as respondent are residing in Canada and the divorce has already been granted by the Canadian Court.

In the given circumstances, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the Family Court, Bathinda, on the next date of hearing i.e. 24.02.2025.

In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by the statements, aforesaid.
