This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of additional ten per cent of the basic pay with dearness allowance as per amendment dated 13.04.2022 in the Teachers Transfer Policy (TTP), 2016, Annexure P-4, and TTP, 2023 dated 09.08.2023, Annexure P-6, since they have been posted in District Nuh (Mewat).

The petitioners belong to rest of Haryana Cadre and were posted in Mewat District pursuant to the aforementioned transfer policies. 3.

Learned State counsel is not in a position to dispute that under the said transfer policies, the petitioners are entitled to benefit of additional ten per cent basic pay with dearness allowance. She submits that the same shall be released expeditiously. 4.
