ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from the last 1 year and 08 months and he is not involved in any other case, it is requested by counsel for the petitioner that the trial Court be directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Harjinder Singh, submits that out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 02 PWs have been examined and the case is now fixed for recording further prosecution evidence.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 05 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned trial Court.
