Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.01 dated 10.01.2019 under Sections 7 and 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Bathinda. Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. Vide order dated 20.03.2019, interim bail was granted to the petitioner and he was directed to join the investigation. CRM No.M-11410 of 2019 -2states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on 20.03.2019, the petitioner had made an offer that he is ready for getting the voice sample recorded and cooperation in the investigation. Learned State counsel contends that an application has already been moved before the Court for seeking voice sample of the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 20.03.2019, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by conditions of Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C.
