(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of necessary directions to official respondents No. 3 to 5 for handing over the investigation of case FIR No. 90 dated 09.08.2018 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 468 IPC at Police Station Jatusana, District Rewari, against respondent No. 6/accused, to respondent No. 2-State Crime Branch, Rewari or to some other independent agency as the local police is connived with accused person and not imparting justice to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that in the present case respondent No. 6 has already been arrested by the police and after completion of investigation, challan report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., has also been presented before the Area Magistrate/trial Court.
