The present petition has been filed seeking direction to official respondent Nos.2 to 8 to conduct fair and proper investigation of multiple FIRs i.e. FIR No.488 dated 17.10.2024 registered under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Karnal Civil Lines, District Karnal; FIR No.488 dated 25.08.2024 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar and FIR No.69 dated 31.01.2025 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 IPC, 1860 and Section 22 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 at Police Station Krishana Gate Thanasar, District Kurukshetra.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved, to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
