(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of the anticipatory bail in a criminal appeal dated 24.01.2018 titled as 'Gurmail Singh versus Amarnath' under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 bearing CNR No.PBJL010013432018 at District Jalandhar and bearing case number CRA-41-2018 (Annexure P-3) arising out of complaint number NI Act 71/2014 (Annexure P-1).

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated April 08, 2022, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

This petition stands disposed of.
