Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 5 not harass the petitioner and her old mother at the behest of respondent No.7.

As per the reply filed by respondent No.5, petitioner had been called for inquiry purposes on a complaint filed by Sarpanch-Jaswant. It has also been submitted that FIR has been registered against the brother of the petitioner under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In view of the reply submitted by respondent No.5, no ground for further interference by this Court, is made out. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
