RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents no.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the representation of petitioner, dated 30.01.2023/31.01.2023 in accordance with law with a further prayer to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of private respondents.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 30.01.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
