(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking directions to official respondents to take action on representation dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with Rohit Sharma on 11.02.2012. The husband of the petitioner passed away in 2015. The family members of husband of the petitioner are harassing her and she had made made representation dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) to police authorities but no action has been taken. Notice of motion.
