(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to filing of the instant petition a discharge application has been preferred before the concerned Court.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail all alternative remedy(s) including pursuing the above said discharge application.

Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
