SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.7 dated 14.01.2025, under Sections 15, 29, 61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
