RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite his best possible efforts, he could not trace the complete particulars of the legal heirs of respondent No. 1-Surender who is stated to have expired and for that reason he could not file the application for impleading them as respondents. He has prayed for dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution and for non-compliance of order dated 21.02.2012, with liberty to get revive the same as and when he would locate the complete particulars of legal heirs of respondent No. 1-Surender. In view of the above request of learned counsel for the appellants, this appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution, with the aforesaid liberty.
