It is further submitted that statements of all the prosecution witnesses have since been recorded.

Keeping in view of submissions of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with a prayer that trial Court may be directed to expedite trial of the case and dispose of the same at the earliest. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest.
