*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not beneficiary and his co-accused, namely, Gurpreet Singh is beneficiary, who has availed the facility of loan. At the most, it can be said that the petitioner was not vigilant. There was a dispute between husband and wife and the complaint was made. Said co-accused-Gurpreet Singh has been given benefit of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 01.06.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel, interim order dated 01.06.2018 passed NEETU RANI 2018.08.06 15:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
