The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her son at the hands of private respondents. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide her representation dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure P7).
