HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.102 dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Karnal Civil Lines, District Karnal along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
