This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 331 dated 02.08.2014 under Sections 392, 307/34 IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Tosham District Bhiwani. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satish Kumar, who is present in court, submits that only two prosecution witnesses remained to be examined and trial is nearing its culmination.

In view above, no case is made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail. Dismissed.

In case, however, trial does not conclude within a period of three months, fresh right to seek bail shall accrue to the petitioner.
