***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Gurpal Singh, has informed that all the PWs already stand examined and that the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for recording statement of the accused in terms of Section 313 Cr.P.C.

In view of the aforestated position from where it is reflected that the trial is at its fag end, this Court does not deem appropriate to release the petitioner on bail, who had earlier also absented from the proceedings of trial.

The instant petition, as such, is sans merit and is hereby dismissed.
