At the outset, counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 4 produces the office note dated 15.12.2023, released by the Account Officer (Higher Wages Pension Cell), Employees Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Plot No.1, Sector 3, Rohtak (Haryana). Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

Counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 further submits that the petitioner had submitted his option before 11th July, 2023, and therefore, his request is under consideration, and in near future, decision over the same would be finalized.

Further submits that in view of the status explained by him here-above as well as in the office note dated 15.12.2023, the present writ petition i.e. CWP-9007-2021 be disposed of, same being infructuous. JAWALA RAM 2024.05.15 19:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Counsel for the petitioner is also in agreement with the contention of counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, and agrees for disposal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, in view of the facts explained by counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, and recorded here-above, the present writ petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file the writ petition again, in case, his request is rejected by respondents No.2 to 4 (Department).
