Petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 27.02.2019, Annexure P-1 whereby he was transferred from Xen/HRD Division Talwara to Xen/Mach. Division, BBMB Nangal. On the last date of hearing, a copy of the petition was handedover to State counsel to enable her to assist the court. She submits that post where the petitioner was posted has been kept under suspension. Thus, possibly petitioner could not be posted against the same. Admittedly, petitioner continued after having been granted extension. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that petitioner shall not seek further extension on expiry of his term.
