(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.49 dated 13.05.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1983 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Profession Regulation Act, 2014, at Police Station Rahon, District SAS Nagar.
