Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the selection process of Advt. No. 3 of 2020 conducted by the respondents for the post(s) of Assistant Superintendent / Welfare Officer / Probation Officer. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that her grievance has been redressed; therefore, she does not want to pursue the present petition any further.
