ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. However, he prays that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the hearing of the trial keeping in view the custody of the petitioner.

Permitted to do so.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a request to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the trial and not to grant any unnecessary adjournments. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
