 !"#  $ This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Jagmohan Singh and Baldev Singh in case FIR No.8 dated 16.05.2015 registered at Police Station NRI, Amritsar under Sections 420/409/120B IPC. Vide order dated 26.06.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.  Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Dilbag Singh, submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.08.28 09:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 26.06.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
