ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General Haryana, is present in Court on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.

At the outset, on instructions, he submits that upon receipt of objections, preferred by the petitioner, the Senior Town Planner, Gurugram Circle, Gurugram, vide communication dated 29.02.2024, has required Victory Infraedge Pvt. Ltd. (respondent No.5) to submit its response. However, he submits that necessary reply by respondent No.5 is yet to be furnished. Therefore, it is submitted that till the objections furnished by the petitioner are dealt with by the competent authority, the promoter/builder (respondent No.5) shall not be granted final approval, and would be prohibited to carry out any further constructions in terms of the proposed plan. Not just that, he submits that he has instructions from the Senior Town Planner, Gurugram Circle, Gurugram, to submit that, in the event any construction is carried out by the respondent No.5, without there being any final approval/sanction of the revised plan, suitable action in accordance with law shall be taken.

That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned State counsel.
