Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.108 dated 29.05.2021, under Sections 458, 324, 326, 148, 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda, Punjab. 2.
Vide order dated 01.04.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Vishnudas submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required and the petitioner has also replied to all the queries raised by the Investing Officer.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 01.04.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.04.30 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
