Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner-Satish Kumar,who has been summoned as additional accused to face trial on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC in case FIR no.141 dated 6.5.2011 under Sections 148,149, 323,325, 302, 307, 109, 114 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, PS Kalanaur. Vide order dated 22.1.2016 notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 10 days from that day, he will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of trial court.
