Vs.
State of Haryana --Respondent.
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present : Mr. Atul Gaur, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 508 dated 2.8.2011 under Sections 420/406 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar, District Hisar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had been appearing regularly on each and every date fixed before the learned trial court. However, on 4.3.2015, 23.4.2015, 14.5.2015 and 20.5.2015, petitioner could not appear because of bonafide reasons. He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court on the date already fixed, i.e. 1.7.2015 and the learned trial court may be directed to decide his bail application sympathetically, considering the bonafide reasons because of which the petitioner could not appear on the abovesaid dates of hearing.
