*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.19 dated 12.01.2019 under Sections 306 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak. The petitioners apprehended their arrest at the hands of Police.
This Court while issuing notice of motion to the respondentState on 29.03.2019 had extended the interim protection to the petitioner. The said order reads as under:- "Prayer in this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case, FIR No. 19, dated 12.01.2019, under Sections 306 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.
According to the prosecution, daughter of the petitioners, namely, Monika, was married to deceased Virender in June, 2018, who committed suicide on 11.01.2019, leaving behind a suicide note, levelling Sheetal Gawri 2019.07.31 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh allegations of his harassment at the hands of the
CRM-M-11449-2019 (O & M) -2petitioners and his wife Monika.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners have falsely been implicated. No parents would ever wish to ruin, the marriage of their daughter and force their son-in-law to commit suicide. Considering overall facts and circumstances, petitioners are directed to join investigation and would come present as and when called for and in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be admitted to interim bail on their furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Upon a call given by Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, the lawyers are abstaining from appearance. However, ASI Harbhajan Singh, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation for the time being.
Considering above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2019 is made absolute. However, it is made clear that this order shall remain operative till the filing of the final report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands allowed.
