Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has sought a direction for taking action against respondent No.3 for alleged theft committed by him. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that enquiry was conducted into the matter. However, no truth has been found in the allegations.

In view of stand taken by the State, no further direction needs to be given by this court. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail alternate remedy, if any.

Dismissed.
