(ORAL) Through this revision challenge has been laid to order dated 23.01.2019 of the appellate court, whereby, a condition of depositing 20% of the cheque amount/compensation awarded by the trial court within 60 days from the passing of order was imposed, while granting suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

Heard.

The impugned order dated 23.01.2019 of ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Bathinda, is modified to the extent that 20% of the cheque amount/compensation so to be deposited by the petitioner-accused, which has been ordered to be converted into the shape of FDR by the appellate court in some nationalised bank, shall be released to the party, whosoever, shall be legally entitled after the final decision of the appeal.
