******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 207 dated 24.11.2006 registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Chappar, District Yamuna Nagar. Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail as per order dated 01.06.2017 passed by this Court. The matter in dispute has also been amicably settled with complainant. In view of above but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 01.06.2017 is made absolute till disposal of the trial subject to condition that the petitioner will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every and shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 437 Cr.P.C.
