(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take necessary action on complaint No.3436 dated 27.12.2014 (Annexure P-1) in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 27.12.2014 (Annexure P-1), pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
