(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been made for setting aside the impugned order dated 13.02.2019 (Annexure P-1) of the trial Court, whereby, application filed by the petitioner for re-calling the prosecution witness i.e. PW-11 for further cross-examination was dismissed.

On instructions from ASI Lekh Raj, learned counsel for the State submits that in the present case 5 persons have been arrayed as accused. Now, after conclusion of trial, out of total 5 persons, 3 persons were acquitted and 2 persons were convicted by the trial Court, vide judgment dated 17.03.2020.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
