1. This is the 3rd petition filed on behalf of petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.80, dated 7.8.2021 registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar, under Section 295-A of Indian Penal Code (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having been effected between the parties. The other two petitions had already been dismissed.

2. As a matter of fact, the second petition was dismissed while categorically noticing the conduct of the petitioner, but despite the same 3rd petition seeking same relief has been filed. It is the sheer wastage of time of the Court

3. The instant petition, as such, is dismissed with non-refundable costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with High Court Legal Services Committee by the petitioners.
